About Our Detroit Proms Party Bus

There's so much that goes into planning the perfect Detroit prom! This time of the year is one of the busiest for our 30 passenger party bus, and because of that, we wanted to put together a reliable guide for our prom-going customers! A list of "must do's" if you will, that you should keep in mind when putting together an incredible Detroit proms experience for yourself or for your teens.

Prom night is really a special experience in life, a night that no student will ever forget. It's the biggest of dances and social events, and both junior proms and senior proms are just the kind of night that you want to make sure goes perfectly. One of the best ways to ensure that is to book reliable group transportation with our company. Please consider our services for travel needs on prom night, and enjoy this guide to making your prom experience an amazing one!

Planning Detroit Proms -- Early Planning Equals an Incredible Time

We've all had friends who wait to plan things and make arrangements at the very last minute, and watching them scramble to make everything happen at the last minute can be quite painful! You certainly want to make sure that you do not put yourself in that situation when it comes to a once (or twice!) in a lifetime occasion like prom night in Detroit! It's not too soon to begin planning your prom night as much as three months in advance, especially when it comes to finding the perfect tuxedo or prom dress, and booking your transportation.

You'll find that the attire selections for attire are quite slim by the time prom is approaching, and transportation such as our 30 passenger party bus is difficult if not impossible to book at the last minute! Booking early can even save you a substantial amount of money. Give us a call at the number at the top of this page to find out more.

Finding the Perfect Dress or Tux

If there's only a month left until prom, you definitely need to make sure that you go and get that dress or tux, and book your transportation now! It's less difficult for guys to find their tuxes, but when it comes to prom dresses, the smart girls have purchased theirs months in advance and those gorgeous dresses will have already been snapped up by the time you get to the store!

While you're putting together your look, purchasing the dress, shoes, and accessories, you might also want to get on your cell phone and book your appointments for hair and nails. Some girls prefer to do their prom prep at home, and if that sounds like you, then make sure that you figure out what makeup and nail polish you want to wear, and purchase it now.

Booking Your Detroit Proms Party Bus

When it comes to your transportation, leave nothing to chance. Our 30 passenger party bus is the best equipped to get you and all your friends (or your teens and all their friends!) to the prom in both safety and style. Our buses feature plush leather seats, exotic wood floors, color changing walls and ceilings, LED and fiber optic lighting technology, dark tinted windows for privacy, high quality sound systems including booming subwoofers and high quality speakers, and flat screen televisions with DVD players and/or HD antennas to pull in live high definition TV while you're on the road! It just doesn't get any better than that.

You'll want to book our bus as early as you can, because with prom season being our busiest season of the year, it's possible that all of our vehicles will be rented before you even think to call. For general events we recommend that you call at least two weeks in advance to make a credit card deposit and lock down the date of your choice, but for prom we recommend calling even earlier if at all possible. Of course, even if you call at the absolute last minute, we will do our very best to accommodate you.

In the Week or So Leading Up to Your Detroit Prom

A week or two prior to your prom, you'll want to call your favorite florist and order your boutonniere if you're a guy, and/or a corsage if your date is a girl. If you have any salon appointments, this is the time to call and confirm the dates and make sure that there are no mistakes. Trying on your prom attire once again is a great idea, because if you have gained or lost any weight since the time you bought it (prom stress can do that to you!), you may need to have some tailoring done. Most of all, you may want to wear your shoes a bit to make sure that they are actually as comfortable as you need them to be. You'll be on your feet all night and you definitely want to make sure of your comfort!

The day before your Detroit prom, stop by the florist and pick up your boutonniere and/or corsage, pick up any extra accessories that you may need, charge your phone or camera (maybe even charge an extra battery if you think you'll need it!), and if you're a girl you'll certainly want to get your evening bag packed with your ID, lipstick, breath mints, and whatever else you may need for your big night. You may also want to give us a call to confirm our services if we haven't called you already to do so, and triple check with the salon just to be safe!

The Day and Night of the Prom

In the daytime prior to the prom, you'll go to your salon appointment, come home and get ready, take tons of photos with your best friends before you pile into the party bus, and head out into the night for an amazing once in a lifetime prom experience! Since you had the foresight to rent a party bus, you don't have to worry about finding any of your destinations, and our professional chauffeur will take you wherever you need to go both before and after the prom. Leave your GPS at home, don't worry about filling up the gas tank, and don't even think about cramming yourself into an uncomfortable limo! Our buses are the perfect way to travel.

Not only do our chauffeurs know their way around Detroit and the surrounding suburbs like the back of their hand, they are provided with the best GPS systems available, and we are also insured with all necessary permits for your protection. Parents and teens can both relax and have a good time, and not worry about the usual stress of the evening interfering with your plans to have fun. All the typical travel worries go right out the window when you hire our services!
