Brighton, MI - 30 Passenger Party Bus

When you are traveling in the Brighton area with our 30 passenger party bus, we'd love for you to check out a few of our favorite bars and restaurants in the 48114 and 48116 zip codes.

SUSHI ZEN

114 W Grand River Ave - 810.225.3330

Sushi Zen is a small and cozy sushi bar located conveniently right here in Brighton, and there's no doubt that they have the freshest sashimi in the area, which of course accounts for the high quality of all their rolls and other dishes. They do have a full bar here, so you can come in and enjoy some drinks with your friends to cap off an already great evening, or as we'd suggest, after a fabulous meal right here at Sushi Zen. Though this isn't as upscale as some of the other sushi restaurants in the area, the food is on par with those restaurants, and you won't believe the prices and the large portions! Everything is impressive here, from the flavors to the service. Our favorite rolls? The ninja roll and blizzard roll. Too good.

SAGANO JAPANESE BISTRO & STEAKHOUSE

312 W Main St - 810.220.2800

The exterior of Sagano Japanese Bistro & Steakhouse kind of reminds of us a certain hot wings restaurant, and that put us off for a while, but we finally went in and gave this place a try and are we ever glad that we did! The chefs here are highly trained to make everything just perfect, whether you are in the mood for a true steakhouse meal or a variety of delicious fresh sushi. They have all the traditional items that you'll find at any hibachi steakhouse, but the difference is really in the service that is given, and the amount of involvement by the chefs. They entertain as well as cooking a really fantastic meal. We love the shrimp, scallops, and lobster, and the filet mignon is also noteworthy here. They'll make any sushi roll you want, even if it's not found on the menu. Love this place!

GRECIAN ISLAND RESTAURANT

9994 E Grand River Ave - 810.229.3101

This cozy neighborhood diner is the kind of place that everybody loves to go to with their friends, especially for some delicious grub after the bar! They have our favorite gyros in the entire area here, really delicious and piled high with the good stuff, and we also love their fresh and delicious Greek salads. If you're a fan of Greek omelettes, make sure to give the Zeus Omelette a try, because it's piled high with gyro meat, spinach, feta cheese, and tomatoes. So delicious you won't be able to get enough! They also have a really great California Gyro that is a fresher more veggie-packed version of the traditional sandwich. Very good! The people who work here are very friendly too. All around a very comfortable place to dine!

CHERYL'S PLACE

4683 S Old US Hwy 23 - 810.229.9994

If you are seeking an amazing old fashioned breakfast in Brighton, don't miss Cheryl's Place. The coffee is fantastic and your cup never goes empty! You won't find such attentive service anywhere else. The kids especially enjoy this place because of the cute pancakes shaped like animals (for instance, squirrels, teddy bears, and turtles!). We love the french toast here, and the omelettes are just fantastic too. Huge portions that will fill up even the hungriest diners. The exterior is interesting enough, with a bit of a castle vibe, but the inside is just cozy and comfortable with no hint of any castle theme (whew!). The weekends are insanely busy here, so you may want to opt for a little bit of a later breakfast on those days, or just shoot for a weekday if you can.

CIAO AMICI'S

217 W Main St - 810.227.9000

When a fine Italian meal is the only thing that will do, and you are in the Brighton area, you'll do very well to choose Ciao Amici's. The ambiance is really beautiful, and it's true that the prices are a bit high, but we feel that it's worth it. Especially if you order something really memorable and delicious like our two favorites, the chicken piccata and the lobster risotto! Too good to believe. If those aren't your style, perhaps try the tortellini diablo or the chicken marsala. The parmesan whitefish is a great choice for the seafood lovers too. Their house made dressing really makes all the salads stand out. We never seem to have any room left over for dessert, but we have heard it's fantastic! Give this place a try one night, you won't regret it.

BRIGHTON BAR & GRILL

400 W Main St - 810.229.4115

Brighton Bar & Grill has been a Brighton tradition for many years now, and we have never come in for a meal and found anything lacking. It's always top notch, great service, amazing food! The barbecued salmon salad is one of our favorite dishes to enjoy, but you really can't go wrong with any of their sandwiches, salads, or soups. It's all good. The more upscale dishes that we really love would be the osso bucco and the filet mignon. Just fantastic. No matter what we order for an entree, we always begin the meal with their unbelievable French onion soup. The flavor is just out of this world. The bruschetta is also noteworthy, as are the quesadillas. Very highly recommended for a great meal any night of the week!

BORDER CANTINA

8724 W Grand River Ave - 810.229.7562

Lovers of Mexican food just rejoice over this place in Brighton, and we agree -- Border Cantina is just too good! The peach margaritas are just amazing, and though we don't usually opt for the sweeter drinks, this one is superb. The sugar rim is what really makes it even better, so be sure to ask for that if they don't ask you! If you want the best of the best, get the Rolls Royce Margarita. You will absolutely love it. The fajitas are just fantastic here, served for two, and really generous. The chips and salsa are very good, and we love the rice here. It's got peas in it, which gives this not-so-authentic restaurant a touch of the authentic. The arroz con pollo is a nice simple dish that always fills us up and leaves us satisfied. Great service and fun atmosphere!

THE BREAKFAST CLUB

676 W Grand River - 810.229.8877

For breakfast and brunch in Brighton, you cannot go wrong with The Breakfast Club. They always make sure that your coffee cup is kept filled, so you're never left sitting there tapping your fingers waiting for that fill up! It's very cozy here, with a really great atmosphere, and no matter what you order, it's always fantastic. We've tried it all, from the French toast that's their signature item, to the Greek omelettes that will knock your socks off with all that flavor. If you have visited the original Breakfast Club in Clawson, you'll be happy to know that this restaurant is affiliated with them. And we are glad to see that they're branching out! More chances to enjoy their delicious food cannot be a bad thing! Very highly recommended.

STOUT IRISH PUB

125 E Grand River Ave - 810.225.9571

Stout Irish Pub is one of our favorite places to go on a chilly night, because we just love sitting by the fire pit on the outdoor patio! It's also nice to warm up inside, with a nice cold brew and some great conversation. On their busier nights it can get pretty loud here, and on the slower nights it's very intimate and even romantic. So you get a good variety in terms of atmosphere, all in one place! On the weekends they have live entertainment that everybody enjoys too. Note that if you dine on the patio they'll bring you a smaller menu, but you can ask for the full menu and they have never taken issue with that when we have done so. For an appetizer we'd recommend the baked brie with brown sugar, walnuts, and cranberries! And the woodchuck cider tastes pretty amazing alongside that!

CONEY JOE'S

116 W Grand River Ave - 810.227.5310

Everybody that we know has raved about this place for as long as we can remember, and we finally had to head over there and give it a try! They really do have the best coneys that we've ever tasted, just like all our friends promised that they would. Wow! It's been here for decades and shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon. The coneys snap when you bite into them, which is something that some appreciate and some don't, but we definitely love it! This is one of the smallest hole in the wall restaurants that we have ever been to, but we love that old fashioned ambiance and the wait is never long. Note that they do not take credit cards here, so make a quick stop at the ATM before you come in! It's worth it.
